Join us every Tuesday at 6 AM at Confluence Park for Tempo Tuesday! Meet at 5:45 am if you want an extra warm up.    A tempo run is a comfortably hard effort — faster than your easy pace but sustainable. It’s all about finding that rhythm that builds strength and endurance for race day. We’ll run the 5-mile Mayor’s Loop, and if you’d like to warm up early, Steve will be there at 5:30 AM. Bring your friends, layer up (it’s getting chilly!), and come get your miles in with the crew. We’ll be meeting every week through November 15th, leading up to the Snow Canyon Half Marathon. Let’s keep the momentum rolling! 

Hosted by Underground Running and proudly sponsored by St. George Running Center, this festive road race winds through the scenic farmlands of Hurricane, Utah, and finishes at the beautiful Fisher Family Farm. Designed to be fun for all ages, it’s the perfect fall event for families, friends, and runners of every level.   The race features a lap-based course: 5K: One lap through the farmland. Runners will collect their piece of candy as they cross the finish line. Half Marathon: Four laps, with a Trick-or-Treat station each lap where runners pick up a piece of candy to carry to the finish. Relay: Teams of up to four can divide the laps however they choose—each member can run one full lap and tag off, or the whole team can run together and collect their candy before finishing side by side. The Butch Cassidy Race follows a scenic course along the Virgin River from Springdale, Utah to the historic Grafton ghost town. It is the most fun race you will ever do. Register promptly because the race will reach the registration cap quickly. And if you miss out on getting in you will be really, really sad. This Half Marathon features a beautiful route through the scenic landscape of Snow Canyon State Park, starting at 9 am. The course is USATF certified and includes some steep downhills! It's fast, and on one of the most breathtaking courses St. George has to offer! The 10k starts in Snow Canyon State Park where it joins the Half Marathon course. The 5k course follows the picturesque Lava Flow Trail that surrounds Snow Canyon High School and joins the Half Marathon course for the final mile.   Come take in the beauty of Southern Utah! Celebrate this Thanksgiving Holiday by joining St. George Races for the 2025 Harvest Festival and Turkey Trot! Help us support the Utah food bank by bringing as many canned goods as you can! After the race, be sure to stick around for the Harvest Festival starting at 10:30 am.
