    Q: How much does it cost to get fit?

    It’s free! Our expert shoe fitting service is always complimentary. We’ll take the time to learn about your activities, gait, and foot shape to help you find the perfect fit.


    Q: Do I have to make an appointment to get fit?

    No appointment needed! Just stop by during our store hours and one of our trained staff members will be happy to assist you.


    Q: Can I get fit if I don’t run?

    Absolutely! Our shoes are designed for running, walking, working, hiking, traveling, and everyday comfort. Even if you’re not a runner, we’ll help you find the right shoe, insert, and sock to keep you comfortable and supported all day long.


    Q: Why do I need to size up in running shoes?

    Your feet naturally swell and expand while you run or walk, so extra room in the toe box helps prevent black toenails, blisters, and discomfort. We usually recommend leaving about a thumb’s width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe to allow for that movement and swelling.


    Q: How often should I replace my shoes?

    We recommend replacing your shoes every 300–500 miles (or about every 6–9 months for most people). Over time, the cushioning and support break down, which can lead to discomfort or even injury. If you start to feel new aches or notice worn tread, it’s probably time for a new pair.


    Q: Why is it important to be fit for the right shoe?

    Wearing the right shoe can make a huge difference in how you feel and perform. The proper fit helps prevent injuries, reduces fatigue, and provides the right balance of support and cushioning for your unique stride. Our fitting process ensures your shoes work with your body, not against it.


    Q: Why should I wear non-cotton socks?

    Non-cotton socks are designed to wick away moisture, keeping your feet dry and reducing friction that can cause blisters. Cotton traps sweat, which can lead to discomfort and irritation—so performance socks made from synthetic or wool blends are a much better choice for active feet.

     

    Q: What is your return policy?

    You are welcome to return any unused product in original packaging, tags or box (so it’s able to be resold) with a  receipt for a full refund for up to 60 days. You are also welcome to return worn shoes that are not working for you for an exchange or in store credit up to 60 days with a receipt and upon approval. The last thing we want is for you to have shoes sitting in your closet not getting used! We are not able to return or exchange any used or worn apparel or accessories. All sale items purchased are FINAL.
