What We Do
St. George Running Center is a full service running shop owned and operated by experienced runners. We'll take the time to ensure you get the best running or walking shoe for you. So if you are lacing up for the first time or you're a seasoned runner, we are here to help.
1. Comprehensive Gait Analysis
Our gait analysis is used to assess, plan, and treat individuals with conditions affecting their ability to walk or run. We do this to help you run more efficiently and to identify posture-related or movement-related problems that may cause injuries.
2. Side by Side Testing
Once we have conducted the gait analysis, we can then direct you toward the proper type of shoes. We have found the most effective way, in general, to find the best fit and feel for your walking/running shoes is to test them side by side (one brand/make on your left and another similar, yet different, shoe on the right). You'll be able to try as many shoes as it takes, running outside on the sidewalk or walking around the store, to find the perfect pair.
3. Continued Service
We do our very best to fit you in the best shoes possible. The fitting process involves you running outside in your shoes to get real world experience in them. However, sometimes it takes a longer run to get things figured out. Don't worry, we will still be there to help. If for any reason you aren't totally happy with your purchase you have 60 days to return your shoes for store credit. If the shoes are still in new condition you have 30 days to return them for a full refund.

Reviews

THE ONLY STORE I'LL GO TO FOR MY RUNNING SHOES. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH KIND WORDS.. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ANYTHING RUNNING. WILL FIT YOU TO THE SHOE THAT IS BEST FOR YOU. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT YOU ARE INVESTING IN YOURSELF. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST.

Steve and his team are always amazing. Been getting my shoes and gear here for years. First for Marathons, then Triathlons, now Utraruns. Knowledgeable, experienced and helpful are all understatements for real. Today Mia helped me, and after deciding what shoes I wanted, they didn't have my size so she ordered them on the spot showing me the selections on the computer.
Highly recommend!

Smart staff that know what to suit you up with. Good selection of quality items as well. Go Cross-Country!

I am an out-of-towner. Stop in for a quick item. Met by friendly staff and employee. Very helpful in locating what I needed. Left with what I wanted.

Great store! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of apparel and shoes, and very fair prices. Definitely the best place in town for your running needs!

The event also raises money to help support the education programs that are presented at all high schools and intermediate schools in St. George, Cedar City, Hurricane and Enterprise. The more people know about how organ donation saves lives, the more people want to register.
Currently, over 114,000 people nationwide are waiting for a life-saving organ, over 700 in the State of Utah. We have the surgeons who can successfully perform the operations, we have hospitals that can take care of the patients and we have the drugs necessary to prevent rejection – we just do not have enough organs being donated. Twenty people die every day because there are not enough organs available for transplant.
The good news is that in 2018, over 36,500 lives in the United States were saved by organ transplants. The donors literally gave the gift of life to thousands of people.
Organ donation has the potential to affect anyone’s life – you, your spouse, your child, your mother, your best friend. Register as an organ donor. Be a hero in disguise. To get more info about the race or to register, visit https://yesutah.lpages.co/heroes-in-disguise/
